Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, June 13, 1940. Alvin Hall, Hurricane, Utah, has filed the following Applications to appropriate water from springs in Washington county for use during the entire year for stock-watering purposes : 131361.125 g.p.m. from Swete spring at point W. 1180 ft. and N. 440 ft. from the E Cor. Sec. 24, T. 43 S., R. 13 W., SLB&M. 136503 g.p.m. from Grafton Wash spring at point S. 84 deg. E. 720 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 16, T. 42 S., R. 11 W., SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of said Applications with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Hum-pherys, Hum-pherys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before August 17, 1940. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
