Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, June 12, 1940. James L. Lowe, Castle Cliff, Utah, has filed the following Applications Ap-plications to appropriate water to be commingled with water from Summit spring and to be used during the entire year for domestic domes-tic use at two residences and for use at a service station and tourist camp and for incidental stock watering and irrigation: 13553 .06 sec. ft. from Lowe spring at point N. 4369 ft. and W. 440 ft. from the SH Cor. Sec. 33. T. 42 S., R. IS W., SLB&M. 13554 .015 sec. ft. from a tunnel tun-nel 4 ft. by 6 ft. in cross section and 50 ft. long at point N. 4506 ft. and E. S3 ft. from said SU Cor. Sec. 33. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Hum-phervs. Hum-phervs. State Engineer. 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City.
