Brocken of Bingham; Bing-ham; Frank Ward of Provo; Rone Callens, V. L. Menans, William Jeffery and W. Plavar of Santa Ana, Cal; C. G. McDonald and L. O. Wetzyl of Long Beach; Mr. and Mrs. L. Dooleel of San Francisco; Fran-cisco; J. T. Kearns of Compton, and Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Robins, J. H. Pankey, D. E. McGellar, A. S. Bennett, W. H. Johns and Robert Rob-ert Johns of Los Angeles. Mrs. Valentine Cook- of Long Beach, California is here to spend a few weeks visiting her brother Lynn Rogerson who is recovering nicely-from injuries received in an accident a few weeks ago. Mrs. Wesley Atkin and family arrived here Saturday from Boulder Boul-der City, Nevada to visit her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Andrus. Hallowe'en costumes For Rent in Utah Oil Building. Mrs. Nathanial Ashby entertained entertain-ed the Pinochle Club at her home (last Thursday evening. HiigJi score prize was won by Miss Mona Woodbury. Refreshments were served to Mrs. M. O. Hutchings, Mrs. George Pace, Mrs. Bert Milne, Mrs. Laron Andrus, Mrs. Reed Mathis, Miss Edna Sorenson and Miss Woodbury. Oscar Bartholomew was a week end visitor here from Provo. H. V. Hatch of the Division of Grazing was a business visitor in St. George the fore part of the week. - Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Snow of Salt Lake City are spending several sev-eral days here visiting friends and on business. Mrs. Samuel Crosby returned Monday from a weeks visit with Mr. Crosby and other relatives m Los Angeles. Mrs. Barbara Williams and son Joseph Wayland Williams of Fulton, Ful-ton, Kentucky are here to spend the winter working in the temple. Mr. Williams will also attend the Dixie Junior College. Oliver Young of Los Angeles underwent an operation at the local hospital on Monday. He, in qompany iwth his brother alnd others arrived here last Wednesday Wednes-day to enjoy the deer hunt. He went on to Central but was forced to return to St. George to receive treatment at the hospital. Mrs. Young arrived here Saturday to be with him. Hallowe'en costumes For Rent in Utah Oil Building. Eldon Barnum who has been receiving treatment at the local hospital the past month is recovering re-covering slowly.
