Show FAILURE TO PUBLISH WILL L. HOYT'S NAME PUTS NEWS ON "SPOT" The attention of the News has been called many times during the past week to the fact that the name of Will L. Hoyt, d e m o-cratic o-cratic candidate for District Judge wa.s left out of the list of candidates candi-dates published recently. Republicans as well as Democrats Demo-crats have called attention to the omission. Orval Hafen and County Chairman Albeit E. Miller were particularly anxious that Mr. Hoyt be given a "Square Deal." While staff members of the News have not met Mr. Hoyt, they are informed that he is an able leader, business man, one of the leading members of the Utah bar, community, civic and church leader lead-er and was Democratic floor leader lead-er in the State House of Repre-sentaives. Repre-sentaives. It was not the intention cf the News to discriminate against .Mr. Hoyt in any way, his name being inadvertently left cut. |
