Show Enterprise Mrs. Theresa Huntsman Reporter Mrs. Orson Tait of Cedar City spent several days here visiting with her mother-in-law, Mrs. Edith Tait. Mr. and Mrs. L. Terry have returned from Provo where they spent Thanksgiving. The people from a distance who attended the funeral of Leland Martineau were: Mr. and Mrs. George A. Martineau, of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Thouis E. Martineau, of Sandy; George A. Martineau and daughter, Annis, of Bingham; Mrs. Luke, of Junction; Mr. and Mrs. Hurst and son, Vernon, Ver-non, of Payson; Mr. and Mrs. Bauer and four children, of Mes-quite; Mes-quite; W. H. Slack and daughter, Lulu, of Toquerville; Francis Slack of Toquerville; Mrs. Glenn Slack, of Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Slack Jr., of Hurricane and Mr. and Mrs. James Bunker and family of Veyo. Besides these of the immediate family there were people from Hurricane, Pioche, Veyo, Toquerville, Bunkerville, Gunlock and St. George. The Enterprise Chapter of the Daughters of the Pioneers was recently reorganized by Mrs. Hazel Bradshaw. The following officers were elected: Gertrude Lund, captain; cap-tain; Maribah Holt, first vice-president; vice-president; Doris Barber, second vice-president and Beulah Hunt, secretary and treasurer. They will hold their first meeting in the Relief Re-lief society house on Friday. |
