Show Rockville Mrs. Philelus Jones Reporter Gordon .Tonps spent Thanksgiving Thanks-giving homn wilh his parents, Phi-letus Phi-letus Jones and wife. He is employed employ-ed at Berkeley, California. Tracy and Earnest Stout came up with him to visit their mother, Mrs. Mary Stout and other relatives. They left for Berkeley on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Snow of Maple! on spent Thanksgiving week with Mrs. Snow's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ilirschi. They left for their honv.' on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Arch Ballard and son. Mclvin are visiting relatives at Provo. Miss lone DeMille, who is taking a beauty course at Provo, spent part of the week with her folks here, returning to Provo on Monday. Mon-day. Mr. and Mrs. Alton Jones and Bishop Ballard and family, also Mr. and Mrs. Afton Ballard and son, spent Thanksgiving with relatives re-latives in St. George. Miss Jasmine Parry of Cedar City spent the holidays here with her sister. Mrs. Irving Dalton. Kent Ilirschi visited in Cedar City on Monady and Tuesday, the guest of Clare Higbee. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Lawrence and two daughters spent the holiday week with Mr. and Mrs. P. Jones and family. Amelda Cox, the small daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dee Cox is on the sick list. A game of soft ball was played between the scouts and their fathers on Thanksgiving Day. The fathers scored one point above the boys. Warren Hirschi of Cedar City visited over the week-end here with his family. |
