Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah, October 30, 1937. Notice is hereby given that Joseph Stirling, Leeds, Utah has made Application in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate appropri-ate 1 sec. ft. of water from Grape Vine wash in Washington county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January 1 to December 31 inclusive of each year at a point located N. 1100 ft. and E. 1745 ft. from the E Cor. Sec. 7, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., SLB&M and used as a supplemental supply to irrigate 30 acres of land embraced in parts of ESE Sec. 7 and NWytSW Sec.8, T. 41 S., R. 13 W., SLB&M. This Application is designated in the office of the State Engineer as No. 12533. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said Application, with reasons rea-sons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, Capitol Capi-tol Building, Salt Lake City, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee within 30 days after the date of last publication. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
