Show AROUND THE COUNTY Toquerville Mrs. Rowena Slack Reporter Mr and Mrs. A. J. Stout spent lhanksgiving at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Bringhurst. rC?arles Bringhurst returned Wednesday from Provo where he spent a few days. Quentine Beatty visited here over the Thanksgiving holidays. He is at Provo attending B.Y.U. Mrs. Annis Naegle and Vervene and Louis left Thursday for Salt Lake City to visit a few days. Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Slack spent Thanksgiving in Kanarra. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Slack and family went to St. George for Thanksgiving. Fred Kleinman spent Thanksgiving Thanks-giving in Rawlins, Wyoming. Those attending the funeral of Leland Martineu at Enterprise on Friday were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Slack Jr., W. H. Slack Sr., Mrs. Irma Jackson, Frances Slack and Lula Slack. Those attending the funeral of Vernon Slack in Cedar City Monday Mon-day were Bp. Walter H. Slack, Mrs. Eliza Ann Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Newell, Mrs. and Mrs. Harry Slack, Mr and Mrs. M. V. Lamb, Blanch and Geneveve; Mr. and Mrs. Chester Slack, Mr. and Mrs. A. P. Slack, Francis Slack, Mrs. Gladys Olds and Mrs. Eva Beatty. Mrs. Lorine I. Higby left Friday for Los Angeles, California to visit her daughter, Mrs. Leo Hull who is sick. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Nelson and family, . of Rexburg, Idaho, visited visit-ed Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Slack. |
