Show BUNKERVILLE Bunkerville, Feb. 27. Mr. and Mrs. Harmon Tobler returned home from St. George last week with their baby who is much improved, but it has again taken sick and has been very ill this week. An improvement is noted at this writing. Mr. and Mrs. William Leavitt have a very sick baby. Mrs. May Cox of Salt Lake City passed through here last week en route to Overton and Las Vegas to visit friends and relatives. She was formerly for-merly a resident of this place and this is her first visit in nine years. Myron Leavitt who is working at Indian Springs, was a visitor here last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Randy Leavitt are making their home here, having purchased pur-chased a house and lot from Albert Leavitt, Sr., and moved into it last Saturday. Merle Wittwer was here last week making improvements on the lot which he purchased from Mrs. Thirza R. Leavitt. He is at present engaged at Las Vegas, but will make this his home in the future. Several attended a farm bureau meeting at Muddy valley in the interest in-terest of raising asparagus. Thos. H. Adams and D. H. Leavitt Leav-itt are leaving today to go around the mountain and meet the boys from St. George on a cattle drive. People are busy planting gardens. |
