Show ENTERPRISE Enterprise, February 27. Last Friday Fri-day night was the Green and Gold dance which was a great success, the two orchestras playing, one the first half and the other the last half. Several Sev-eral new dances were introduced. Punch and cookies were served. Residents Resi-dents of Pioche, Hamblin valley, and Modena were present. All together a nice sum was cleared and much credit is due the committee which had the affair in charge. Friday afternoon Mrs. Amos Hall entertained at a rag bee. Mrs. Lucy Hall from Pioche spent Sunday here. Mr. and Mrs. Sell Barnum and family fam-ily are spending a few days visiting with their children in Pioche. Mrs. Ervin Williams from Cedar City is visting her sisters here. Mrs. Ella Davenport is visiting with her daughter, Mrs. Delbert Adair. Sunday afternoon our services were in connection with genealogical work. Seth Jones, Milton Moody and Ervil Barlocher were the speakers. Their talks were very timely and good. Mrs. Milo Corey of Cedar City is visiting her mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Don Emmett. |
