Show 1 i . ! SPRINGDALE .i . . " SPRINGDALE, Oct. 28. We are having rather cool weather here and the crops are in danger of freezing if not taken care of. Walter F. Smith and Orvel Haf en were visitors here Sunday and discussed dis-cussed agricultural problems with the local farmers. Their talks were interesting inter-esting and Instructive. George Short arid Mrs. Emily Russell Rus-sell were visitors at St. George Monday Mon-day evening. Mrs. Short is at the Washington County hospital with an infant son. ' Donald Jolley is still very ill at his home here. ; M. E. Gifford and son, Larkln, made a trip north last week with a load of tomatoes. Our sacrament meeting was given over to the Relief Society for -their ward conference Sunday. |
