Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 20, 1927. Notice is hereby given that Anton B. Prince, whose postoffice address is New Harmony, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .006 c. f. s. of water from Boney Hollow Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the Spring which bears 1923 ft. E. and 1160 ft. S. from the N!4 cor. of Sec. 5, T. 40 S., R. 16 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed in a pipe line a list-ance list-ance of 25 ft. where it will be used during dur-ing the entire year for the watering of 5000 head of goats. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office Of-fice as File No. 10128. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
