Wallace Iverson was a business visitor here the latter part of last week from Wells, Nevada. Alma Nelson left Friday for Salt Lake City intending to spend several days on business. Jim Johnstun returned Friday from Salt Lake City where he spent about ten days on business. Mr. and Mrs. George Judd and family spent the fore part fo the week here visiting from LaVerkin. Phillip and Lindou Foremaster returned re-turned Saturday from the Grand canyon can-yon where they spent about 10 days. Miss Addie Sorenson returned July 28 from Salt Lake City and other northern points where she spent some time visiting. Mrs. William Miller and Miss Goldia Harris left Saturday for Salt Lake where they will spend some time time visiting. Mrs. Mary L. Rencher returned to her home at Grass Valley Saturday after spendnig some time in St. George. The Misses Beatrice and Bemeice Carter entertained the West Ward Junior girls July 26. A nice time was had. Mrs. R. F. Heppler returned Friday from Cedar City where she spent abput a week visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Corry. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Nelson and daughter Evelyn and Bishop and Mrs. F. G. Miles left Monday for Fillmore to spend several days at northern points. Mr. and Mrs. John Benson of Enterprise En-terprise and Mr. and Mrs. D. Clark Watson of this city left last Friday for Yellowstone, park and northern Utah points to spend their vacation. Mrs. Amelia Kemple, son John and two grandchildren were guests of Mr. and Mrs. James McArthur Friday night en route to their home at Los Angeles from northern Utah points. ' Mr. and Mrs. John Keates of Los Angeles arrived Monday to spend several sev-eral days here with relatives. They intend making a tour of the parks before be-fore returning home. Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Prtsbey left on Tuesday for Tooele to make their home, Glenn having purchased a barber bar-ber shop there. Their many friends here wish him success. Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Clark and family were visitors here Monday en route to their home at Springvllle from the University of Arizona, where they have been for some time. Jed R. Mr. and Mrs. John Higgins and family returned Sunday from Fish Lake where they spent their vacation. George Pace returned to St. George early Sunday morning. He has been employed at Wplls, Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. Edgar M. Jensen spent the latter part of last week here from Pine Valley where they are visiting. Miss Mabel Jarvis and Ralph Bennett Ben-nett returned Tuesday from Salt Lake City where they spent their vacation. I John Riding and son Willie left Monday for Hurricane where they have employment. Rudger Atkin was a visitor here the fore part of the week from Hurricane Hur-ricane valley where he is working. Mr. and Mrs. S. J.
