Show ANOTHER WELL AT VIRGIN G. S. McMullin, secretary of the Zion Oil & Refining company, who has been spending some time here in the interest of the company, says they have another well drilled to the oil in the Virgin field and the company is sending necessary material to shoot the well. The indications are favorable favor-able for a very good well. The Virgin field is making good progress. FUNERAL OF HELEN HUNTZICKER Funeral services for Miss Helen Huntzicker, 21-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Victor E. Huntzicker, who died here October 20. were held at the family residence at 4 o'clock p. m. Sunday, conducted by Bishop Karl N. Snow. Misses Alta Holt and Ruth lien sang Misses Alta Holt and Ruth Allen sang the opening hymm, "Hold Thou My Hand." Prayer was offered up by Judge D. H. Morris. Elder John T. Woodbury, Jr., read the 23rd Psalm and the Lord's Prayer. following with a few very appropriate remarks. Dilworth Snow sang "Perfect Prayer.". Pray-er.". Bishop Snow thanked all for kindly sympathy extended to the bereaved family. Benedicition was pronounced by Elder Jos. T. Atkin. The sympathy of the community was attested by the large number attending attend-ing the funeral and the profusion of beautiful flowers, which entirely covered cover-ed the grave. The grave was dedicated dedicat-ed by President Walter Cannon. Mr. Huntzicker, the father, reached here from Milwaukee, Wis., early Sunday Sun-day morning, and intends remaining until his family are settled before returning re-turning to Milwaukee. |
