Show I EXPECTS TO DRILL AT ANTELOPE W. J. Graham accompanied Thomas Campbell, of Riverside, Cal., out to his property a few miles east of Antelope springs, in Antelope valley. Mr. Graham is very favorably impressed with the location. The land is located locat-ed about 20 miles south of Virgin, where the general dip is one degree to two degrees northeast. A reverse dip of one to three degrees west in the Vir" gin limestone member of the Moencopi formation betrays the presence of a low anticline whose axis extends apparently ap-parently in a north-south direction. In this particular locality it Is estimated estimat-ed that the Virgin city strata should produce at three to four hundred feet. Mr. Campbell has a Cyclone rig on the ground and expects to commence operations in the near future. |
