Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 16, 1929. Notice is hereby given that the Fredonia Domestic and Culinary Water Wa-ter Company, whose principal place of business is Fredonia, Arizona, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive to appropriate .25 c. f. s. of water from Lamb Point Springs Area in Kane County, Utah. Said spring area is located in the WNEW, Sec. 7, T. 44 S., R. 7 W., S. L. B. & M., and the water therefrom is collected at a point whlcli bears 640 ft. N. and 1320 ft. W. from EY cor. of Sec. 7, T. 44 S., R. 7 W., S. L. B. & M, and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance dis-tance of 1320 ft. where it will be used during the entire year for culinary culi-nary and domestic purposes by the inhabitants of Fredonia Water District. Dis-trict. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10631. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
