Show ZION PARK ZION PARK, Aug. 12. We have finally got the rain we have needed need-ed for so long. We have had a good shower every day for the past two weeks which is certainly doing the country much good. The Ladies' club went to Spring-dale Spring-dale Thursday for their meeting at the home of Mrs. Marie Shea. A very good time was had. President E. S. Berry of the Nevada Ne-vada Contracting Co., and Sam Rosenberg Ro-senberg of Gallon, Nevada, are here inspecting the work. About ten men have left the camp this week. The work on the tunnel is being pushed rapidly and it will soon be finished. Miss Wanda DeMill of Rockville visited Mr. and Mrs. Firmin Bruner this week. Miss Nellie Jones visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Mahan Ma-han Sunday. Mrs. Jack Nenus and daughter, Zalia, left Saturday for Salt Lake City for a week's visit. We are glad to report that Mrs. Clark Mclntire is able to be around again. Miss LaNetta Johnson of Spring-dale Spring-dale is working for Dr. and Mrs. Mclntire. |
