Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 16, 1929. Notice is hereby given that the Utah State Road Commission whose principal place of business is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of Sec. 8, Chapter 67, Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to change the place and nature of use of .012 c. f. s. of water from Summit Sum-mit Spring in Washington County. Utah. Heretofore said water has been diverted at a point which bears G. 363 ft. and E. 12462 ft. from the SW cor. Sec. 30, T. 42 S., R. 18 W., S. L. B. & M., and used for stock watering purposes. It is now desired de-sired to divert the water as heretofore here-tofore and convey by means of a pipe line a distance of 6485 ft. where it will be used for the benefit of the general public at a service station to be erected at a point which bears S. C576 ft. and E. 13,110 ft. from the SW cor. of said Sec. 30. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Off.ce as File No. a-1060. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
