Show ENTERPRISE ENTERPRISE, March 9. We had as home missionaries in sacrament sacra-ment meeting Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cannon. Their talks were greatly enjoyed by a large audience. audi-ence. They remained to spend the evening and were entertained by Mrs. Rose Barlocker. Last Friday afternoon the eighth grade girls of St. George played baseball with the girls here, after which the boys of St. George played play-ed the seventh grade boys. The St. George teams were victorious in both games. In a game between the eighth grade boys of the towns the Enterprise team won. The play, Stray Cats, was presented pre-sented here Friday night. It was followed by a dance. Four daughters of Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Terry are here visiting. They are Mrs. Ernest Barlocker, Alberta of Pioche, Grace of Panaca and Gilva of Mil ford. Thursday night Mrs. S. A. Bushman, Bush-man, Miss Ruth Allen and Miss Dorothy Snow entertained at a rook party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James A. Holt. Saturday night Deward Terry, Alma Truman, Tru-man, Lester Canfield and Albert Holt entertained at Winsor's confectionery. con-fectionery. Mr. and Mrs. Alex Bryan and Deward Terry left today for Tooele. S. A. Bushman spent Saturday in Cedar City oh business. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hall and family have moved home from Pioche. Miss Madge Alger has returned from Los Angeles where she has been visiting her sister, Mts. William Wil-liam Hunt. Lee Hiatt of Los Angeles has been here the past week visiting with his parents, Mr., and Mrs. Frank Hiatt. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hiatt of Pioche were also here for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Herman Koop and family and Miss Bene Lamb of Pioche Pi-oche spent Sunday evening here. Nephi and John Hint have returned re-turned from Pioche where they have been working. Miss Rosella TobleT and Gerald Seegmiller spent the week end at their homes. |
