Merle Morgan, 43 years of age, was killed today when his plane fell three thousand feet and burned. burn-ed. The pilot was unable to bring it out of a tail spin. Morgan was a Canadian War veteran having hav-ing served with the Canadian forces forc-es on the western front during the world war. GERMANY SIGNS REPARATIONS AGREEMENT BERLIN, March 13. President von Hindenberg today signed the Young agreement ending the reparations rep-arations controversy. Germany is bound by its terms to make annual an-nual payment to the allies until 1988.
