Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, March 10, 1932. Notice is hereby given th3t Sherman Lamb, whose post office of-fice address is care W. W. Cannon Can-non at St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inch to appropriate 0.1 of a c. f. s. of water from Mud Spring area in Washington County, Utah. Said spring area is embraced within a radius of 10 0 ft. of the Nil cor. Sec. 16, T. 40 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B. & M., and is collected at a point 10 ft. X. from N'.i cor, said Sec. 16, thence conveyed a distance dis-tance of 1,000 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st inch of each year for domestic and culinary purposes by the applicant. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11196. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit' in duplicate, accompanied accompan-ied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
