Show NOTICE OK SALE Whereas-, Elden Thompson, L. C. Thompson and C. R. Hanks, of the County of Emery, State of Utah, did, on the 1st day of May, 1926, execute and deliver to James Curfew a chattel mortgage, mort-gage, which is duly filed in the office of the County Recorder of .Wayne County, Utah, filing number 684 and which is also duly filed in the office of the County Recorder of Washington County, State of Utah, thereby conveying to the said James Curfew Cur-few the following described goods and chattels to-wit: Six hundred seventy-eight head of Angora goats, said goats being marked with crop off left ear and under-crop under-crop off right ear, together with all increase in said herd and all mohair produced or clipped from said herd until fully paid for; together with all increase thereof and all camps and camp outfits, wagon, horses, harness and chattels used in herding the same to secure the payment of certain cer-tain promissory notes mentioned in said chattel mortgage, and default having been made in the payment of the said notes, and there now being due and payable pay-able on the same the principal sum of $590.47 together with interest amounting to $124.07 and attorney fees amounting to $100.00. Now, therefore, notice is hereby here-by given that James Curfew, the mortgagee of said mortgage, by his attorney, Ellis J. Pickett, by virtue of the terms and con. ditions of the mortgage, will, on the 23rd day of April, 1932, at 2 p. m. of said day at Pintura sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash all the aforementioned goods and chattels. chat-tels.
