Show NEPOTISM LAW HAS WIDE EFFECT Utah's antinepotism law, effective effec-tive June 1, is expected to have a wide effect in the state, it was indicated Sunday as a result of a preliminary survey, according to the Salt Lake Tribune. Governor George H. Dern. commenting com-menting on the law, said its effects ef-fects are being felt all over Utah. "I was told on my recent trip south," he said, 'Hhat in the town of Orderville the people are so related re-lated that a road supervisor on a state or county road system will have difficulty in obtaining employes em-ployes without going to Kanab, the county seat, for them." The law forbids a state, county or city official from employing relatives. |
