Show Los Angeles Corporation Plans Buildings in Four States; First One Will Be Constructed at Kingman According to announcement from Los Angeles, plans for the construction con-struction of ,a number of hotels in California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah, with the largest and central one in Beverly Hills, have been made by Mrs. Ninon Talbot of the Talbot-Richmond Hotel Corporation, Cor-poration, of Los Angeles. First of the hotels to be erected is that to rise at Kingman, Ariz., at a cost of $150,000, construction work scheduled to start on or before be-fore June 1, according to Mrs. Talbot. It is the intention of the company to erect hotels where needed on major highways leading lead-ing to Los Angeles. Among the projects planned and in the formulative stage are hotels ho-tels at St. George, Williams, Arizona, Ari-zona, Nogales, Arizona, Las Ve-gas, Ve-gas, Blythe, Calif., Beverly Hills and on the Roosevelt highway in California. Mrs. Talbot ' has for a number of years been in the real estate business in Los Angeles, having developed several subdivisions in the San- Fernando valley. Richmond Rich-mond is reported as the builder and foi-mer operator of the Barbara Bar-bara Worth hotel in El Centro, Calif., operator and owner of the former Arlington hotel, Santa Barbara, and owner and operator of the Paso Robles hotel at Paso Robles, Calif. |
