Show GUNLOCK The people of Gunlock extend their sympathy to the people of St. George in the terrible calamity calam-ity that came to them and all mourn with them in the loss of their dear ones. The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. John Neilson died Saturday night after four days of severe illness with pneumonia. The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon. after-noon. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hunt came up from St. George to attend the -funeral. We 'have had a fine rain storm for several days and it ended with a snow storm. It has since turned off very cold and windy. Miss Ellen Piatt of Richfield is here staying with her grandmother, grandmo-ther, Mrs. Mary E. Leavitt, for her health as she has heart trouble trou-ble and was advised by the doctor to come to a lower altitude. Burt Laub lias gone to St. George, where he has employment for a few days. Miss Wanda Bowler just returned return-ed from Pioche, Nevada, where she has been visiting for a few days. Roland Bowler brought his wife home from the county hospital Sunday, where she was operated on for appendicitis. Mr. and Mrs. John D. Pulsipher have moved back here for the ; summer from Mesquite, Nevada. I |
