Show DRIVERS LICENSE LAW OP VITAL IMPORTANCE The value of an efficiently administered ad-ministered Drivers' License Law was strikingly shown in the 1934 figures furnished by the Safety Department of the Farmers Automobile Auto-mobile Inter-Insurance Exchange to W. O. Bentley, local representative. represen-tative. v States with such laws had an increase of only 9 per cent in highway fatalities, compared with the preceding year, whereas states without such laws increased 16 per cent. Highway safety experts agreed that the most important need in addition to a Drivers' License is: A continued mass pyschology against careless driving a sense of individual responsibility on the part of every driver, and stricter enforcement of traffic laws.
