Show WASHINGTON PIONEER CALLED1Y DEATH Trols Sandberg, Who Came to Dixie in 18G3, Died Saturday in California. Trols Sandberg, a former resident resi-dent of Washington, died Saturday, Satur-day, April 18, at Mbritebello, California, Cali-fornia, of pneumonia. He had been ill only five days. Mr. Sandberg was born August 9, 1859, in Sweden, and came to AmerkJa: with his parents in 1863, arriving in Washington at the age of five years. They were among the first settlers of that town. As a young man he moved from Washington to Marysvale, and about fifteen years ago removed to California. He is survived by la: brother, Nels Sandberg of Washington, and two sisters, Mrs. Polly Nisson of Washington Wash-ington and Nettie Jones of Black-foot, Black-foot, Idaho. Funeral services were held Wednesday Wed-nesday at 10 a. m. at Washington. Washing-ton. I |
