Show Pleads innocent to pistol theft A plea of innocent was entered in 4th District Court Tuesday by a West Valley City youth facing a felony charge of theft of a firearm. James Hansen was arraigned on the second degree felony charge before Judge David Sam. A trial date has not been set. He is being held in the Uintah County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail. Hansen is accused of taking a .44 magnum pistol from Mike D. Nelson, April 28 while the two were living at 2068 West 1000 South. Nelson recovered the gun and less than a third of the ammunition he said was taken, from Hansen's West Valley City residence three days later while the defendant was not at home.
