Show PUBLIC HEARING The Uintah County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 27, 1982 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Room at the County Courthouse, to consider the recommendation of the Uintah County Plan Commission on the following items: 1. Zoning Ordinance Amendment; Elimination of most of the Commercial or Industrial uses in the M&G-l (Mining & Grazing Zone.) 2. Wasatch Electric with a request to rezone from A-l to MH for the purpose of developing Mobile Home Park and Recreational Park. l,ocated on the following described Parcel: Beg. in theNWi4 of Sec. 8, T5S, R22E, SLB&M, S 89 degrees 58' 53" E 2086.72 feet and N 0 degrees 06'50" W 1069.73 feet from the W-i Cor. of said Sec. ; th N 30 degrees 39"13" E 588.92 feet to the SWR of W line of U.S. Highway 40; th S 59 degrees 49'16" E along the said Highway line 329.18 feet to the NS'4 Sec. line of said Sec; th S 0 degrees, 06'50" E along the said NS4 Sec. line 811.07 feet; th N 89 degrees 58'53" W 585.50 feet; th N 0 degrees 06'50" W 409.73 feet to the pt of beg.
