Show NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE The following described Christmas trees are being advertised for sale on the Flaming Gorge Ranger District at the following described locations. 1. Jarvie's Canyon Sale - Located in T2N, R22E, Sec. 5 and 6, SLB&M. Sale consists of 199 pinyon pine trees. Trees are not graded grad-ed and will be cutter's choice. 2. Long Park Sale - Located in T2N, R18E, Sec. 10 SLB&M. Sale consists con-sists of 199 lodgepole pine trees. Trees are not graded grad-ed and will be cutter's choice. 3. Spirit Lake Road Sale - Located in T2N, R17E, Sec. 24, SLB&M. Sale consists con-sists of 199 lodgepole pine trees. Trees are not graded grad-ed and will be cutter's choice. No tree over 20 feet in height will be cut in these sales. All trees will be tagged with a National Forest Christmas tree tag by a Forest Officer prior tn ramrtirnl (mm tllA C!)lf area. Successful bidders will be required to post a performance per-formance bond in the sum of $100 for each sale or deposit cash in lieu of bond in a Federal depository. Sealed bids for the above described Christmas trees can be hand delivered to the Manila Office of the Flaming Gorge Ranger District at Manila, Utah or mailed to the District Forest Ranger, Ashley National Forest, P.O. Box 278, Manila, Utah 84046. Bids will be received until 2 p.m. local time on October Oc-tober 16, 1979. A certified check, bank draft, cashier's check, or money order in the sum of $1 per tree, payable to the USDA Forest Service must accompany each bid, to be applied to the purchase price or refunded. refund-ed. No bid of less than $1 . per tree will be accepted. Valid bids will be evaluated on the basis of total return to the United States. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. reserv-ed.
