Show N ATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER SALE, ASHLEY NATIONAL FOREST, HEAD OF HOMINY TIMBER SALE, located within T2N, RlW, U.S.M. SEALED SEAL-ED bids will be received by the District Ranger or his authorized representative, represen-tative, at the Office of the District Ranger 150 So. 2nd E., Roosevelt, Utah 84066, at 2 p.m., local time, September 27, 1979, to be followed immediately immediate-ly by oral bidding for an estimated 451 M board feet of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The minimum acceptable bid per M board feet is: Lodgepole Pine, $2; sub-alpine fir, $1; Engelmann Spruce, $2; Douglas-fir, $2. Additional Addi-tional deposit required for slash disposal is $2.85 per M board feet of all species. In addition there is within the sale area 49 M board feet of dead timber all cnicc ifhirVi u'ill be paid for at '$.73 per M board feet, gross scale. Additional deposit required re-quired for slash disposal on dead timber is $2.08 per M board feet for all species. The bid rate for live timber will be subject to adjustment during the period of the sale as provided pro-vided by quarterly adjustment ad-justment provisions of the timber sale contract. The required bid guarantee is $200. No specified roads are to be constructed by the purchaser. pur-chaser. All included timber shall be given domestic processing. Bidders are advised that violation of the domestic processing requirement constitutes breach of contract and may result in contract cancellation, or in refusal to award timber sales to the violator, or debarment debar-ment or suspension from bidding on future sales. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
