DISTURBANCE IN THE FIFTH WARD. For some time past there have been hard feelings existing between certain neighbors in the Fifth Ward and, as an outgrowth of the feud, there has been considerable disorderly conduct from time to time on the part of a crowd of boys in the neighborhood. Last evening half a dozen half grown boys assembled near the house of Peter Beutler, and threw several vollies of stones at the building, at the same time yelling and laughing in a boisterous manner. Mr. Beutler has suffered repeated annoyances of this character, and on learning the names of his tormentors, he laid a complaint against them, to-day, before the police magistrate, who issued a warrant for the arrest of five of them.
