Show HOME MISSIONARY LABORS. Editor Leader: We are now in Richmond, and up to date we have held 70 meetings since we commenced our mission. We must say that the people receive us with the greatest kindness, and often express their gratitude for the present missionary system which brings the gospel to their doors. Today we proceed to Lewiston and stay in and around that ward until Thursday, afterwards go to Coveville, and thence to Franklin, remaining in and around the latter place until Monday the 27th. From thence we continue our mission northward. In all we have a good time and hope our labors are profitable to the people. We wish you great success in your endeavors to give the news to the people, and may God bless your efforts in making your little paper a brilliant light to the Saints. We have pleasure in subscribing ourselves your fellow laborers in the kingdom of our Father in Heaven. Robert Banton, C. J. Larsen, Richmond, Dec. (December) 20th, 1880. |
