Show RAILROAD MEETING. A large and enthusiastic railroad meeting was held in the parlors of the Central Hotel, at Corrinne, on the night of the 24th. Speeches of length were made by H. H. Latham, chief engineer of the Utah and Wyoming Railway Company, Dr. H. J. Faust, H. H. Smith, Colonel Ryan and other prominent citizens. The varied resources of the country were the subject of earnest remarks by several speakers, and the audience listened with marked interest and attention, and bursts of applause were frequent and hearty. While Corrinne had no subsides to offer the railroads, the natural resources of the place, it was stated, could not be overlooked, and upon reliable information it was declared that in less than twelve months regular trains would be running from the famous Burg on the Bear to the mammoth coal fields in Wyoming territory.-S.
