Show Mine Bulletin Two local residents of the Fruitland area met on a blind curve Feb. 9, and their vehicles crashed into one another. The accident, investigated by the highway patrol, occurred at 9: 30 a. m. , on a county road going go-ing south to Al Muir's ranch, about 3 miles from the Fruitland Store. Ellis Muir 19, and Ronald Muir, 22, were drivers of the sedans that skidded, when brakefl), and crashed into each other. Ronald was headed south, and Ellis was driving north. The damage to Ellis1 car is estimated at $500 and that to Ronald's sedan is $300-$400. No personal injuries were reported and no citations were issued. The Highway Patrol re-ported re-ported the road was snow-packed. |
