Show COURT NEWS Fines collected by the Duchesne Du-chesne Precint Court in 1965 amounted to $5, 230, for offenses of-fenses committed within the unincorporated county area. These fines were levied by Fred Pope, precinct justice of the peace. In the Duchesne City court, Judge Pope levied and collected $830. 00 in fines the past year. The fines collected for the Utah Fish and Game Department in 1965 in the Duchesne Precinct Pre-cinct Court amounted to $325. In the precinct court, the nighest amount collected for ktny one monthly period was $740 in November. . The previous pre-vious month, the total was $660, and in December, the fines dropped to a total of $595. Monthly fines collected in the city ranged irom $5 in January to $282 during a summer month. and family of Salt Lake City spent the weekend at the home of Mrs. Margaret Gilts. Mrs. Vida Curry left Sunday for Orem where she will visit awhile with Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Johnson. Mrs. Johnson has been confined to the Utah Valley Hospital where doctors are taking tests. Glenna has been suffering from severe headaches. We hope she will soon be well again. Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Bleak and son of Salt Lake City spent the weekend at the home of Mrs. Margaret Giles. Mr. and Mrs. Winslow Rhoade and sons of Clearfield spent the weekend at their ranch in Hannah. |
