Cost estimates were $740 thousand for sewer and $500 thousand for water systems, with connection fees and monthly service charges to be figured and presented at a later date. They requested and the Commission agreed to make application to the Four Corners Cor-ners Regional Commission for grants to pay for 00 per cent of the water system sys-tem and 75 per cent of the sewer system, the remaining costs to be provided through a bond election In the Spanish Span-ish Valley Water and Sewer Special Improvement District. Dis-trict. Roberta Anderson, Community Com-munity Action Program director, dir-ector, met with the Commission Com-mission with 7 Moab youth who attended a youth conference confer-ence In St. Louis, Mo., and reported on the meeting they attended and on CAP activities activ-ities In Moab. Pearl Baker, GreenRlver, requested that Grand County appropriate $30,000 to help build a city-county building in -reen River. The Con-mission Con-mission took this matter under un-der advisement, and will make a decision at a later date. G. U. Foote reported on progress of all projects of the Housing Authority Board, Including new projects being proposed. He was commended commend-ed on the work he has been doing. Beer licenses were granted grant-ed to Edward and Joan Czark, Kampgrounds of America, and to the Jaycees for their summer activities.
