Tompkin, Contest 10687, against Big 5 No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 lode mining claims described as being within Sees. 23, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35, T. 21 S., R. 16 E., SLM; Eugene L. Benson, Mrs. Bert Swanson, Contest 106-89, 106-89, against Jay Hawk No. 4, 5, 6, and 7 lode mining ' claims described as being within Sees. 23, 25, 26, 27, 34, 35, T. 21 S., R. 16 E. SLM. You, and each of- you, your heirs, representatives, and assigns, are hereby notified that the United States of America has instituted a contest con-test pursuant to 43 CFR 1852, and Title 30, USCA, section 40, against those certain mining min-ing claims set. forth above situated in the County f Grand, State of Utah. A complaint has been filed by the United States of America Am-erica requesting that said mining claims be invalidated and declared null and void on the charge, that: (1) the land involved is nonmineral in character. (2) no discovery of valuable minerals has been made in the above described mining claims. The contest is pending in the Land Office, Bureau of Land Management, Post Of- f!ce h'.x No'. 11505, Federal Building, 125 South Slate .Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Unless an answer to -the complaint is filed in such office within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication publi-cation of this Notice, the allegations al-legations of the complaint will be taken as confessed and the contest will be decided without with-out a hearing. This notice will be published publish-ed on the following dates, to wit: May 11, 18, 25, June 1, 8, 1972 being at least once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks.
