Featured will be Gordon Anderson's new, informative in-formative multi-media presentation, presen-tation, "Slickrock Wilderness", Wilder-ness", along with photographerproducerdirector photogra-pherproducerdirector Stev-an Stev-an Douglas Gregory's latest production. Gregory will accompany ac-company his story with live guitar. Gordon Anderson is the Colorado Plateau Representa- tive for Friends of the Earth, a San Francisco based organization, organiza-tion, and a staff member with Canyon Country Council, a Denver based group. Gregory is director of Media Production, The Wilderness Resources Institute, producer and director. Spirit Productions, Produc-tions, and past chairman of the Colorado State Sierra Club. "The unique natural values of the wild canyon country of southern Utah and the consequences conse-quences to the region as a result of the proposed industrial industri-al development will be discussed dis-cussed during this one hour slide presentation," said Anderson. Also, in an effort to raise needed .funds for Canyon Country Council, a display and sale of authentic American Indian hand-made jewelry and Indianwestern style jewelry will take place in conjunction with the performance. |
