Show City Court News... t1 A preliminary hearing was held in City Court on Oct. 12 in the case of State vs. Jessie Ann Hickman, charged with theft, a 3rd degree felony, in connection with the theft of a welder near Cisco. After the evidence was presented she was bound over to District Court to appear Nov. 15 at 10 a.m., and her $2,000 bond was continued. On Oct. 13 in State vs. Jack Buckingham, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the charge of failure to provide proof of financial responsibility. responsibil-ity.
