We realize that when public funds from several sever-al sources are involved in such a project, a good deal of time can be spent in simply filling out the paper work and getting applications and reports in on time. We have attempted to do so. This week's issue, with several stories and letters regarding the proposed nursing home, we are ending a four-week four-week period when we have tried to explain the issue fully. We hope that readers have taken the time to attempt to under-stnad under-stnad the issues.
