Nigh, yearly visitors to Hanksville Hanks-ville from their home at Fountain Town, Indiana have had a hectic week... one they'll remember for quite some time. They'd just arrived in town and had stopped at the Stage Coach store when Ruth slammed her hand in the door of their Blazer. Bob rushed her inside where she was given immediate first aid by Mrs. Julia Cheskaty, an RN from La Mesa, Calif, visiting here and then she was taken on to Richfield where several stitches stitch-es in each finger were required. Then upon their return to Hanksville they lost the entire luggage rack from atop their car with all their personal belongings. They incident occurred at 11 p.m. Tuesday. When they arrived at the Poor Boy Motel and noticed their loss they immediately im-mediately retraced their route. They stopped a cattle truck driven by Jack Roberts from Richfield and he stated that the rack was on the Blue Dugway and that he'd swerved to miss it but that a foreign car behind him had stopped. They awaited the car's arrival. ..but it didn't appear so they alerted the sheriff at Bicknell to set up a road block to apprehend the persons who's found the rack. The vehicle didn't appear so a search was made between the Blue Dugway and here of every ravine, garbage collection collec-tion barrell, but to no avail.
