Show THOMPSON News Items (By Virginia Gruver Mrs. Marie Sutherland and daughter were visitors at the Norville Wolverton residence where they visited with another an-other daughter, Reta, who is living with her father and grandmother in Thompson. Not much activity around Thompson over the New Year weekend, too much snow to get out. The Leimeux family fa-mily went to Price for New Year's, Ben Lopez went to Salt Lake City, Jesse Graver was home, Ted Miller's family fam-ily went to Denver to spend New Year's with her mother, Mrs. Bessie Davis spent New Year's in Green River, and Mr. and Mrs. George Dutos entertained the Gilbert Adams Ad-ams for New Year's Eve. Virginia Gruver had a telephone tele-phone call from her daughter, daugh-ter, Alma Curtis, of Gallup. They are all fine and also a call from her granddaughter, Paula Pond in San Marcus, Texas. She is very much improved im-proved but said she must 1 spend some more time -in the hospital. Reta Wolverton was burned burn-ed seriously on the hand over ov-er the weekend from hot grease. |
