Show Elder Marion Eomney to Speak In Moab, Monticello This Week Klder Marion CI. Ttomney a memlher of he Council of Twelve Apostles, of the Church of .Tosus Christ of I.aller-day Saints, will speak at. the San Juan Slake (diocese) Conference Saturday in Monticello and Sunday in Moab, September Sep-tember 10 and 17. Kldor Romney, former attorney and public official in (Salt I.ake City has served serv-ed on the Church's presiding presid-ing council for the past 14 years. For 10 years prior to his present position, he served as an assistant to the Council of Twelve Apo-tles. Apo-tles. lie is head of I ha huge IJ3S Welfare Program. Pro-gram. Born in Mexico, ho has traveled woi'ld-wido on Church assignments. Other visitors represent ing Church headquarters in Salt Lake City will be Elder Owen G. Reishmon of the Home Teaching Com mittee and Elder Ralph Woodward of the Sunday School Board. Elder Reichman is a prominent Salt Lake City attorney. Tic is a graduate of the University of Utah and obtained his master's degree in law at George Washington University, lie has held many posiions of leadership in the Church Elder Woodward was once a High Councilman, Ward Chorister and director, direct-or, Sunday School teacher, and Elders Quorum teacher .lie is a professor of music lie. attended Brigham Young University.
