Show Notice of Intention to Impound Trespassing Personal Prope rty Undir Secretary of Agriculture's Regulation T-15 Notice is her coy given I hat all personal properly found tre'-ipas:-:ing upon lands owned or controlled by the Unite, .States wi fain fa-in Geyser- Creek and Dark Canyon Drainages, Sec. 7 and' 18, T27S, K25K, SLM, Jirumley Ria'ge C & II Allotment, Al-lotment, Mo;;b Ranger District, Dis-trict, Manti L'.S;1 National Forest, State of Utah, will be impounded by the United Unit-ed Klat.es Forest Service on or a for October 13, .1967, if the same be not previously removed perm-anelly perm-anelly from s-u'd lands. Any personal property previously found in trespass tres-pass and which is found in continuing or subse-q subse-q u e n t trespass witrvn twelve months after publication pub-lication of this notice, will be impounded without further fur-ther notice. After the impoundment, owners of trespass personal person-al property may regain possesion thereof only by firt reimbursing the United Unit-ed States in full for the expense incurred in advertising, ad-vertising, impounding, and for the value of the site used during the trespass period. Impounded personal person-al property not redeemed within 90 oays after im-oundmcnt im-oundmcnt will be offered for sale at public auction. Personal property not sold at the public sale will be sold at private sale or condemned and destroyed, as required by the Regulations Regu-lations of the Secretary of Agriculture. Signed at Price.
