"Jim" Eberhardt had grown beyond the control of his father and was taken before the tribunal for petty larceny. It was thought udvlsable to give the foy a thorough training In the State Industrial school at Ogden and he was sent there. The court scolded "Phil" Holland and Eugene Reeves for riding bicycles on- the sidewalks In the restricted district. They were released. Fines of $5 each were Imposed upon Victor Bogedahl and Ralph FoJsom for . riding ponies on the sidewalk. Folsom'a fine was remitted, but Victor waa allowed al-lowed his freedom by paying $1. Another boy who was rebuked for 111 behavior, la Isaac J. Densley. |
