Show MRS. M'LEAN AGAIN HEADS DAUGHTERS OF THE REVOLUTION WASHINGTON, April 19. It was officially offi-cially announced when the Continental congress of the National Society of the Daughters of the- American Revolution met today, that Mrs. Donald McLean of New York had been re-elected president-general president-general for toe ensuing two years. Mrs. McLean received 611 votes, and Mrs. Eleanor El-eanor Washington Howard of Alexandria, Va., 15 J. The announcement was received with great enthusiasm, and Mrs. McLean after af-ter being given a loving cup by the vice-president-general, thanked the delegates heartily. Mrs. Charlotte Emerson Main of Washington, Wash-ington, D. C. was elected vice-president -general In charge of organization of chapters. chap-ters. Mrs. Swift of California was defeated de-feated for vice-president-general by one vote. Other officers elected are; Chaplin-general. Mr. Esther F. Noble; recording secretary-general, Miss Elizabeth F. Pierce: corresponding secretary-general, Mrs. John Paul Earnest; registrar-general, Mrs. Amos G. Draper; treasurer-general, Mrs. Mabel G. Swormstedt; historian-general, historian-general, "Mrs. J. Eakin Gadsby; assistant historian-general, Mrs. Henry S. Bowron; librarian-general, Mrs. Helen M. Boyn-ton. Boyn-ton.
