At a conference between the attorneys of both parties the agreement was reached and the injunction, is modified and practically dissolved. The salt had been set for a hearing on September 9, 1907, before Judge Morse. The stipulation filed states: ... . , It is further ordered that the further hearing on the order to show cause issued herein be, and the same is hereby postponed indefinitely, and the in-, junction and restraining order is hereby modified so as to allow the defendant to use seven-thirtieths of all the water of Big Cottonwood ereek between October Octo-ber 1 and April 1 of each year, and said restraining order is dissolved as to the time between April 1 and October 1. .
