That no lives were lost In the sinking of the steamer1 Hugoma last night, when It was rammed In front of the city by th-French th-French cruiser Kleber. appears almost certain today. The steamer went down so quickly that those on hoard had no time to search the lower decks to see that all had escaped. Officers of the vessel, however, say that the crew, which was composed mostly of foreigners, has been, fully accounted for. I |
