Show PARRENrS ATTORNEY SAYS HE WILL FIGHT TO THE LAST DITCH W. H. Parrent, who is alleged to have been the bogus policeman, Davis, in connection with the robbery of the Mc-Whirter Mc-Whirter brothers in this city last September, Sep-tember, arrived in Salt Lake last night in charge of Sheriff Emery and Deputy Sheriff Joe C. Sharp. Parrent was accompanied from Denver, Den-ver, where he was arrested several days ago, by Judge O. N. Hilton, who will, represent him when the case is called for trial. Parrent, on the advice of his attorney, refused to make any statement. state-ment. Judge. Hilton said that he did not think that Parrent was in any way connected con-nected with the alleged robbery; that he had not yet had time to look fully into the charges against Parrent, but announced that the case - would be fought to the finish. ,rWe will have something to say in a day .or two," said Judge Hilton. |
